How it works

Weeks, not a transformation program.

The shape of the work is three steps, in the order they actually happen. The timeline is measured in weeks because a book that is still being acquired cannot wait for a two-year data platform.
  1. 01

    Portfolio baseline

A diagnostic of the book as your systems record it. Not the org chart, not last year’s quality of earnings, not a workshop. The output is a map of the companies, the seams between them, and the first list of what a human should look at. It is yours.

  2. 02

    Hydri heartbeat

Continuous monitoring. You configure it. Hydri does not stop at go-live, and it does not wait to be asked. What repeats gets named, what is noise stays quiet, and telling those two apart is Briony’s whole job.

  3. 03

    Milestones with outcomes

Every increment names the number it is meant to move. Direct line of sight to portfolio value, not to an IT deliverable. Seeing trouble early is important. Seeing is not the thing you are buying.

Cadence

An honest eight weeks. Not a promise of magic. A sequence you can hold us to.

Week 0 to 2

Access and a first read

Read-only connectors into the companies you nominate. No rip-and-replace. We take the operational record as it actually runs (finance, customers, people, vendors) and we produce a baseline you keep, even if you stop there.

Week 2 to 4

The first heartbeat

You name what is watched and what counts as urgent. Briony’s first briefs are short on purpose: what moved, where, and whether it needs a human before the next IC. The point is cadence, not a war room.

Week 4 to 8

A milestone with a number on it

Where the same issue repeats, it becomes a milestone named to EBITDA or to portfolio value (duplicate spend, concentration, coverage, leakage), not to a Jira epic. Work stays in increments. You see the number it is meant to move.

See it think

The rest is a private demonstration: your book, not a deck.

Bring the book, not a deck. A private demonstration is enough to know if this is the conversation you meant to have.

On the plane home: a folio, a window, the book still in mind
