The platform

One brain, connected across the companies you own.

Hydri does not ask you to rip out what each company runs. It reads them, together, and tells the platform what matters, in time to act, and in English.

01

Read-only into the companies you already own

Hydri connects to the systems each portfolio company already runs: finance, CRM, HR, ticketing, the operational record. The posture is read-only throughout, so we never write back and never ask a company to replace a stack that already works. We ask the same question of every company at the same time, which none of them have ever been asked together.

02

A heartbeat, not a tour

You configure what is watched and what counts as urgent. Hydri keeps reading. When something moves against you (margin, concentration, coverage, duplicate spend), Briony surfaces it while there is still a month, a deal, or a person attached to it.

03

Roll-up without the mash-up

Platform reporting usually means twelve exports and a weekend. Hydri holds the book as one organism: shared customers, shared vendors, shared people, cash that looks fine in each company and tight across the platform. The roll-up is a brief, not a spreadsheet of spreadsheets.

04

Draft recommendations, human approval

Briony will name what needs a human, and she will draft the next step. Nothing that leaves Hydri (no email to a portfolio CEO, no change in a system, no spend) happens without a person. Humans stay in control, and that separation between what Briony observes and what a person decides is the product rather than a line of copy about it.

Heartbeat

Alerts are not a firehose. They are the three things that need a human before IC.

Most “portfolio intelligence” is another login. Hydri is the opposite: a pulse you configure, a brief you can read on the plane, and a record of what moved since you last looked.

What Briony will do

  • Read across portfolio companies and name what changed.
  • Draft a plain-English brief for the platform, not a dashboard tour.
  • Hold context from last week, last IC, last acquisition.
  • Point at the company, the person, the vendor, the number.

What she will not

  • Act in a portfolio company’s systems.
  • Replace a portfolio CEO, or the platform CFO.
  • Invent a metric the books do not support.
  • Hide the evidence behind a model she cannot explain.

See it think

The rest is a private demonstration: your book, not a deck.

No self-serve trial. No proof-of-concept theater. If Hydri is not the right next step, we will say so.
